What are your opening hours?
We are open every day: Monday to Saturday 11:00 AM – 9:00 PM, and Sunday 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM. Festival-day timings can change, so call or WhatsApp before a late visit.
Is your gold BIS hallmarked?
Yes. Our gold jewellery is BIS hallmarked and carries a 6-digit HUID. You can verify any HUID yourself in the free BIS CARE app.
Can I see designs on WhatsApp before visiting?
Yes. Message us on WhatsApp at +91 92468 35973 with what you're looking for and your budget, and we'll share what's available.
How do I verify the hallmark on my gold?
Every hallmarked piece has a 6-digit HUID. Open the free BIS CARE app, tap 'Verify HUID' and enter the code to see the purity and registering jeweller.
How is the price of gold jewellery calculated?
Gold rate of the day × net weight, plus making charges (or wastage), plus stone charges if any, plus GST. Each is a separate line on our bill.
Do you make custom designs?
Yes. Send a reference photo on WhatsApp. We confirm the approximate weight, making charge and delivery date before starting. How custom orders work.
Do you exchange old gold?
Yes. Old gold is checked and weighed at the counter and its value is adjusted against new jewellery. More on exchange.
Do you deliver?
Yes, delivery can be arranged. WhatsApp us with your location and order to check.
What payment methods do you accept?
UPI (Google Pay and others), debit and credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, JCB) and cash.
